Power Chucks and Hydraulic Cylinders - Hydraulic Cylinders
Piston stroke control system
Rotating hydraulic cylinders, of type 1305, with a through-hole are technologically advanced products featuring high rotating speeds and operational safety systems
The piston stroke control system is located in the rear side of the cylinder and may include two proximity switches (SDC cylinders) or a linear positioning system with one proximity switch (SKC cylinders). Proximity
switches are not included in the standard configuration.
It is strongly recommended to mount type 1305 cylinders from the rear side with the use of long mounting bolts – mounting the cylinder directly to the pulley of belt drive results in the shortest distance from the rear main spindle bearing and does not require an additional adapter plate (long mounting bolts are included in delivery)
Piston rod with two different thread sizes allows the optimal usage of main spindle through-holes
Safety valves ensure the constant gripping force of cylinder in the event of a drop or failure in oil supply pressure (min. oil supply pressure is 0,3 MPa)
