BEKO CLEARPOINT W water separator

A water separator removes the condensate from the compressed air in a particularly economical way. The reduction of the flow resistance is decisive. The lower the flow resistance, the lower the operating costs. The CLEARPOINT W water separator works with an extremely low differential pressure and achieves the highest separation rates. 

When compressed air cools down in compressor aftercoolers or in refrigeration dryers, water condenses. If this water is not separated from the compressed air system in good time, it can lead to expensive consequential damage: Pipelines corrode, pneumatic valves, cylinders and tools wear prematurely and the performance of the compressed air system is reduced. The result is inadequate process reliability and rising costs for compressed air technology.

A further plus is the intelligent housing design. The composition of the interior of the housing with the swirl disc developed by BEKO TECHNOLOGIES and the innovative rectifier allows the development of a homogeneous velocity profile with different flow rates at highest separation efficiency.
