Metal circular saw

Cold metal saws

For the right impact on materials, especially metals, a cooled circular saw, so a cold saws should not be missed. Maximum safety for employees and parts obtained by the low temperature development in the cold saws.

The most common coolant is water, but also fancier coolant such as helium is theoretically possible and is used for high-tech applications.
Cold saws characterised by high reliability and low fraying, because the mechanical stress is indeed tough, but little temperature tension is created. Everyone finally knows the expansion under heat and cold saws prevent fluctuations in the workpieces. No matter whether in the length, width or height, because all dimensions are protected by a cold saws.

A cold saw secures the job

Find it in our shop: cold saws

Highest occupational safety and little influence on the workplace in the environment offers the cold saws, because all spark or heat only on a very small scale. With cold saws can in all directions the rotating cold saws work vertically or horizontally, as leaves due to the small size and narrow profile have little weight. If there should be no cold saws, the saw blade must be thick to absorb the heat development of fast rotation. Cold saws were also invented, that higher speeds are possible, without, that shatters the cold saws. At speeds around the 1000 rotations per minute, dangerous projectiles can develop at this catastrophic failure of the cold saws. But cooling in the cold saws, high throughput on machined workpieces is possible, which cold saws can significantly increase your productivity. But not only the usual improvements in the production possibilities draw the cold saws, as they can cut more pieces. Also the lower noise is noticeably and prevented sparks when metal secure jobs and increase the possible machine stocking in cold saws. So increases productivity in small and medium-sized enterprises, because they want to do just a cold saws since other devices can run closer.

Better quality through cold saws

A single workpiece quality is improved with a cold saw, finally the missing heat development is an all-round quality-enhancing moment. The coolant at a cold saw, resulting chips are transported off better and faster and can not damage to the surface and the intersection of a cold saws. With this higher quality also the follow-up of the work piece is short term and makes the cold saws that is appealing. So must be spent
less time, to establish dimensional accuracy and subsequent surface polishing to compensate for. Cold saws so low costs and take into account the numerous application possibilities. Cold saws are important also in manufacturing industries and trades, because its versatility makes possible many product solutions. Vertically or horizontally, some more expensive cold saws are quite variable in the dimension of the blade. It so can be used on any slope with one of the better cold circular sawing and ensures even abstract design requirements. So who once experienced a cold saws in action, never again wants to work with an uncooled Variant. Because the spark and chips or splinters do not fly through the workspace and be transported into the coolant. Because so each piece can be edited safely and with better protection for the employee, whether tubes or plates, a cold saws makes it fit!
