Automatic Twisting Machine MT150A

The  MT150A is equipped with a programmer in order to carry out mass production with a memory capacity for 8 different scrolling operations. It also has a tactile keyboard and a counter of pieces.

The automatic twisting machine MT150A has been designed for the manufacturing of iron shapes for the artistic decoration, bars, scrolls, handrails, etc.
Raw material is shaped in cold by using the twisting and flexion method. Traction is made by a reducer engine with flat pinions, achieving a great efficiency and the just low losses that this kind of reduction causes.
This is a very effective machine for the small and medium production.

The cover is made of folded and welded steel sheet. The bench is steel single block. The tooling box is included.
All standard tooling are provided with the machine, and moreover, any mould to be adjusted to the machine drive can also be supplied under request.
